tvN Asia's Get It Beauty On The Road Season 2 Malaysian Edition

Following the overwhelming responses from previous season, tvN Asia’s original beauty show Get It Beauty On The Road室) is coming back to Malaysia for a second season starting from May 2019. Korean actress and TV personality, Kim Jung-min returns to host the show along with K-beauty creator, makeup artist and influencer Kim Ki-soo and TV presenter active in Malaysia, Nadiyah Shahab. The trio will join forces and embark on a quest to compile a complete guide for Malaysian girls to look good and feel fabulous during the Hari Raya festivities.

CJ E&M HK and Astro continue their 2018 collaboration to co-produce this second season of Get It Beauty On The Road in Malaysia. Apart from adapting the winning format of popular Korean beauty programme, Get It Beauty (韩妆教室), by exploring K-beauty trends and tips, the highlight of season 2 falls on defining beauty tips and tricks to celebrate Hari Raya, which is a popular festival celebrated in Malaysia. The host trio will inject on-trend K-beauty elements into the Malaysian traditions, giving it a modern touch.

Many Malaysians face similar beauty and wellness issues caused by the hot and humid tropical climate. Get It Beauty On The Road in Malaysia will address these common beauty issues and give everyone a complete beauty transformation to celebrate Hari Raya flawlessly! Season 2 will showcase a new segment, Get It Solved where the hosts identify Malaysian girls’ beauty issues, and even visit them in person to give one-onone beauty tutorial. The second season also includes popular existing Get It Beauty segments, such as Get It Do It showcasing make-over; Talking Mirror featuring guests’ beauty secrets, What’s in your bag where we check out Malaysian girls’ handbags to see their must-have beauty items; and product Blind Test an iconic segment which provides viewers the most credible product ranking. 

During the shooting in Kuala Lumpur the hosts reveal secret to radiant and flawless skin – 1) Cleansing is the 1st and most important step in skin care regime; 2) Discovering skin care which leaves your skin fairer, moisturised & hydrated; 3) How to remove waterproof makeup in a non-greasy way; 4) Moisturise skin with hydrating spray more often; 5) Apply sunscreen to protect your skin from the shining sun, and don’t forget 6) Find an effective whitening essence for luminous and translucent-looking skin. Furthermore, the tropical weather also takes its toll on our hair. While the Get It Beauty on the Road experts unveil a 3-Step Scalp and Hair Loss Care Solution to achieve luxurious and silky hair, they also discover that beautiful hair derives from the scalp and find out the benefits of daily use of essence with high concentration of nutrients extracted from Ginseng. Voila, these are some of the ways you can get a head-to-toe transformation to welcome Hari Raya!

911 - The Reunion 2019: Kuala Lumpur / Tickets on Sale 10AM on 18 April 2019 onwards!

Calling all 911 fans! Tickets to the most exciting Reunion party this year with 911, taking place on 22 June, will be on sale from 10AM on 18 April 2019 onwards. 

Lee Brennan, Spike Dawbarn and Jimmy Constable will be performing live at the Quill Convention Centre, Kuala Lumpur. This will be their first show in Malaysia in close to 20 years.

The trio has also sent their greetings to their fans expressing their excitement in the coming show. “We have been waiting for this day! It’s been too long, Malaysia! I hope our fans will come together to join us at this Reunion Party in KL. Malaysia is truly special to us,” says Lee. 

“Yeah come out and party with us. Let’s make it a night to remember,” quipped Jimmy referencing their 1st single.  “And do the Bodyshakin’!,’ added Spike, who was in Kuala Lumpur in November 2018 for a private visit.
The tickets are priced from RM98, RM158, RM258 and RM398. There is also limited VIP package priced at RM598. The VIP ticket holders will be entitled to an exclusive Meet and Greet with 911 after the concert. 

The English pop group won hearts with hits such as you Don’t Make Me Wait, Bodyshakin’, The Day We Find Love, A Little Bit More, Party People, All I Want Is You, Private Number and many more. At the height of their success, 911 sold millions of albums and scored several top 10 hits in the British charts and gained popularity in South East Asia where their first two albums reached the number one spot.

`The Journey’ became the group’s best-selling album, with Malaysia leading the way. The album topped the local charts and reached 12x Platinum, followed by 6x Platinum in Taiwan.

In 2012, the ITV2 documentary series, The Big Reunion, brought 911 back along with a host of other 90s groups – 5ive, B*witched & Atomic Kitten for a TV series and live concert tours in the UK.  911 have not stopped performing as a group since then.

Super Junior-D&E also known as Donghae and Eunhyuk,　D&E　or　SJ-D&E) is the fifth official sub-unit of the South Korean　boy band Super Junior. Formed by　S.M. tvN’s Upcoming 18-hour Express Idol Survival Audition Show

Striving to provide audience with latest contents promptly, tvN Asia proudly announces its very first 18-hour express variety show – PRODUCE X 101 – enabling K-pop lovers in Asia to keep up with this highly-anticipated survival audition show. PRODUCE X 101 will premiere on tvN in Asia from 4 May (Every Saturday) at 17:00 (GMT+8).

The global idol survival audition programme PRODUCE X 101 features 101 male trainees born before 2005, in which they will compete in multiple rounds of elimination and be handpicked by the audience (a.k.a. national producers) through both online and live voting, to form the ultimate boy group. Majority of the contestants come from renowned K-entertainment companies, while there are also some talented individual trainees. All contestants have started their dorm life in March and are undergoing intensive trainings involving singing, dancing, stage performance and team work.

Apart from the strong trainer line-up, including rapper Cheetah, singers Lee Suk-hoon and Shin Yoo-mi, as well as dancers Choi Young-jun and Kwon Jae-seung from previous seasons, this year, one of the most sought-after actors and heartthrob Lee Dong-wook will take up the MC role to represent all the "national producers". Making it even harder to survive, the original ranking system with Grade A through F welcomes an extra Grade, X, depicting the lowest bunch in the spectrum.

Additionally, opinions from the national producers will weigh more significantly, PRODUCE X 101, for the first time ever, gives the voting right for title track’s centre position to the viewers. The title track "X1-MA" (_????), which means "Don’t" in Korean, receives enthusiastic responses from worldwide fans and the performance video has garnered over 3.5 million views to date.

Same as previous seasons, PRODUCE X 101 is directed by the famous programme producer Ahn Joon-young, who will deliver intense survival format and impeccable stage performances that rock audience’s visual and audio sense! Furthermore, following the success from previous seasons’ debut groups, I.O.I, Wanna One and IZ*ONE, the winners of this season will receive a five-year contract instead to create a longer impact.

Her Private LIfe unfolds the intriguing love relationships among characters

tvN Asia’s latest 24-hour express drama – Her Private Life – starring Kim Jae-wook and Park Min-young, will premiere on tvN in Asia from 11 April (Every Thursday and Friday) at 21:45 (GMT+8) in Singapore and Malaysia, and at 20:45 (GMT+7) in Indonesia.

The production team recently released a relationship map of Her Private Life characters. As a talented and sophisticated curator of Cheum Museum of Art, Sung Duk-mi (Park Min-young) handles every task with her excellent intelligence at work. She is always described as sharp and brainy at work. Surprisingly, she is one of the avid fangirls of the popular idol Cha Shi-an (Jung Jae-won a.k.a. One) and devotes her time off work to run a fansite for him. After work, she undergoes a stark head-to-toe transformation and turns into a professional photographer for her beloved idol. Duk-mi enjoys her life as a fansite home-master a lot and keeps her double life in secret, especially from her harsh and prickly director Ryan Gold (Kim Jae-wook) at work.

The unique romance kicks off when Ryan catches a glimpse of Duk-mi’s private life. In order to get closer to Duk-mi and see her true colors, Ryan transforms himself into a newly minted fanboy in the fandom, to unfold more and more secrets of Duk-mi’s double life. Love sparkles between them when they come into contact with each other in the fandom.

Apart from the main love line between Duk-mi and Ryan, the secondary male lead Nam Eun-gi (Ahn Bo-hyun) has an equivocal relationship with Duk-mi. Eun-gi is a warm and considerate man who always stands by Duk-mi and takes great care of her meticulously. Regardless of being friend-zoned by Duk-mi, he still continues to dedicate all his heart to his long-loved girl. The intriguing love triangle between Duk-mi, Ryan and Eun-gi becomes one of the highlights of this highly-anticipated fandom drama.

In addition, another fansite person-in-charge Lee Seon-joo (Park Jin-joo) will engage in the fandom together with Duk-mi, which enriches this romantic comedy with friendship.
