As we know, TVXQ has finally back to perform in Malaysia
after 6 years. TVXQ or also known as Dong Bang Shin Ki – DBSK in Korea or
Tohoshinki in Japan was the first K-Pop artist to perform in Malaysia. Even
though now they are now only 2 members; Changmin and U-know (Yunho), the duo is
ready to give their all for the performance on Saturday night.
Approximately 12,000 fans gathered at the Melawati Stadium
Shah Alam for the performance of life time. TVXQ Live World Tour ‘Catch Me” in
Kuala Lumpur kicked off around 6.15 p.m.
with their very first song that shoot them to stardom, Rising Sun. Even without the original
member, the song was powerfully delivered and both of them look dashing in
their white outfit singing the song while floating towards the fans. The song
was followed by Getaway, Why, Hey.
It can be said that their concert was the best concert so
far in 2013. With the elaborate props, visual effects, lasers and lightings,
the concert was never dull. However, a few incidents almost turn into accidents.
While singing Like A Soap, the fans
was mesmerized when the stage was transformed into fantasyland, with flowers
and mascots and Changmin and yunho riding and an aeroplane towards the centre
stage. Changmin’s plane landed safely but Yunho’s plane suffered a malfunction
and was unable to land properly, but no worries, being an athletic and
professional, Yunho jump out of the plane and continue singing like nothing
happened. Another incident was when Changmin almost got hit with the props, but
apart from that the performance was superb.
The two and half hour concert saw the both of them
performing more than 20 songs like How
Are you, Journey, Honey Funny Bunny, Wrong Number, I Don’t Know, Humanoids,
Purple Line, Destiny, I Wanna Hold You,
Here I Stand, Dream, Catch Me, Why and Unforgettable. The encore were Mirotic, Hiyaya or Summer Days, Sky and ended with I’ll
Be There.
