Park Bo Nyuh
(Choi Ji Woo) is a capable housekeeper who does not smile and has a mysterious
past which she will not reveal. Lee Sung Jae plays a father to 4 children, and
having just lost his wife, the family is at a loss and in a grieving stage.
When Bo Nyuh enters their lives as a housekeeper, things start to change slowly
and the family starts to bond and understand the true meanings of a family.
The Strange Housekeeper is a remake of the hit 2011 Japanese drama
“Kaseifu no Mita”, which scored a high ratings of over 40% in Japan and was
ranked 3rd in the history of best rated Japanese drama.
The Strange Housekeeper” will be Choi
Ji Woo’s first TV Show after a 2 years hiatus. Choi Ji Woo shot to fame with
the dramas “Winter Sonata” & “Stairway To Heaven”.

Shocked to find out that her husband has
died in a car accident together with his mistress, Kang Hee Kyung (Kim Mi Sook)
gave all her love and attention to her only daughter. The excessive affection,
however, caused her daughter to mix with the bad company. When the daughter
kills someone by accident, Hee Kyung is prepared to protect and cover up for
her. Jang Joon Suk (Ki Tae Young) and
Seung Joo (Kim Min Seo) are the detective and prosecutor for this murder case.
The biggest challenge they have is to solve this murder case when the corpse is
nowhere to be found.
